By using RepSet (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old. RepSet is a fitness tracking platform that uses AI to help you track workouts and progress.

REPSET IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The Service is for general fitness and informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain or injury during exercise.

3. Assumption of Risk

PHYSICAL EXERCISE CARRIES INHERENT RISKS INCLUDING INJURY OR DEATH.

By using the Service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activities and fitness training. RepSet is not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from your fitness activities.

4. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Fitness data and metrics are estimates. Do not rely solely on AI outputs without independent verification.

5. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Do not use the Service for illegal purposes, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Content and IP

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service. The Service itself is owned by RepSet and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepSet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed €100 or amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RepSet from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your fitness activities.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account for Terms violations. You may terminate anytime by contacting support@repset.ai.

10. General

Claims must be filed within one year. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
